Uber and DiDi are well established in Adelaide and is probably the best way to call a ride. Simply download their app on your phone to get started.

To get to the city by bus, head to Stop 3 on O’Connell Street (near Black Eye Coffee) and catch any of the G10 or 220 busses.
There is also a free City Connector bus between North Adelaide and the city, 98A (anti clockwise) and 98C (clockwise). The stop is just a short walk away on Lefevre Terrace, and connects to the Zoo, North Terrace, Rundle Mall, Central Markets and more! Download the route map here.
Otherwise the easiest way to simply use Apple or Google Maps, plug in your desired destination and select Public Transport.
For a trip to Glenelg, the Tram is an excellent option which you can catch from King William St in the city.
If you plan to use the public transport system a lot while you’re in Adelaide it may be a good idea to get a MetroCard which you can pick up at the Foodland on O’Connell Street. Otherwise most rides can be paid for using a Credit or Debit card.
